Returns & Exchanges

At Bandora, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Bandora account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
